Your Appointment of Carp Social as Your Agent

By requesting that your fishery be added to the Carp Social website and by having your fishery listed, you, as the Provider (“you”, “your” or the “Provider”), authorise Carp Social to act as your commercial agent to negotiate and conclude bookings for your services on your behalf. Carp Social is authorised to accept deposits, balance payments and other amounts payable by customers to you in connection with such bookings. Payment received by Carp Social on your behalf constitutes payment to you for the purposes of the customer’s payment obligations. The amounts due to you are subsequently remitted in accordance with the agreed payment arrangements, less Carp Social’s agreed commission and any other amounts expressly due to Carp Social. The Provider authorises Carp Social to identify and disclose the Provider’s name and relevant business details where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to contractual necessity, fulfilling contractual obligations, compliance with legal obligations, and Carp Social’s legitimate interests in accurately identifying the Provider as Principal and representing the agency relationship. The terms displayed on this page constitute the agreement between Carp Social and the Provider upon acceptance and shall apply until the full Carp Social Provider Agreement is supplied to the Provider, at which point the full Provider Agreement shall govern the relationship between the parties.
