Dogs are permitted if this has been included in the reservation and/or has been agreed in consultation. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the grounds of Long Lake. Fishermen must ensure that the excrement is cleaned up and dogs are not allowed to swim in the water. Nuisance must be kept to a minimum.
Cars must be parked in the designated places. Cars may be driven near the spot during the set-up and packing-up. Cars may not be driven around the ponds during the fishing session and cars must remain in the parking lot at all times. An exception to this is shopping or leaving the grounds for other purposes. The road traffic regulations apply to the parking lot and the rest of the grounds.
Visitors must be registered with the owner in advance. They must park their car in the designated parking lot.
Anyone who enters the grounds does so entirely at their own risk.
Anyone who, regardless of how, enters or enters the water is obliged to provide themselves with adequate rescue equipment during that time and is personally responsible for its actual and effective use. Swimming and/or diving is prohibited.
Persons under the age of 16 may only enter the site and use the facilities offered by the entrance ticket under the supervision and full responsibility of an adult (18 years or older).

Fish Treatment & Carp Care
Ensuring the health and well-being of the fish has a high priority at Long Lake.
All spots at Long Lake are equipped with unhooking mats, weighing slings, landing nets, a weigh bar, a water bucket and a carp care kit. These materials must remain on the spot and it is not permitted to use or have your own equipment on the premises.
All carp over 15 kg (estimated weight) must be treated completely in the water; unhooking, weighing and photographing. If the carp appears to be 15 kg or heavier after weighing on the bank, continue treating the fish in the water.
Always ensure that the fins lie along the body in the direction of the tail before lifting the fish out of the water.
Please treat wounds on the fish with specifically intended products, e.g. Kryston Clinic. There is also a carp care kit available at each spot.
The fish caught and the materials used for catching must be kept well wet. After weighing and/or photographing, the fish must be returned to the water at the spot where it was caught. Taking, moving and/or killing a fish is strictly prohibited.
Only take photos close to the ground, so never standing up and lifting the fish high. Make sure the fish is always lifted above the unhooking mat.
We want to monitor the growth and health of our carp. That is why we ask you to take a photo of each catch from both sides and send it to the group app together with the weight.
Never carry the fish to the water on your arms, but always use the weighing sling.
If a fish gets stuck, do not pull unnecessarily. At De Ronde Bleek there is a boat per spot that can be used. At De Lange Bleek there is one boat for emergencies that can be used if a fish has gotten stuck, you do not have to report this to the owners in advance. If a fish gets stuck and you cannot solve this yourself, please contact the owners.
Sick and/or injured fish must be kept in the water when caught and reported immediately by telephone to one of the owners. This regardless of the time of the catch. Keep the carp in the water using the landing net or the weighing sling until the owner arrives or has given further instructions.
Spots – Fishing is only permitted from the designated spots. Placing a rod in a different spot is not permitted without the owners’ knowledge. Fishing in a different water is not permitted unless permission has been obtained from the owners.
At least 1 angler must remain on the spot at all times. It is prohibited to leave the rods unattended
People must adhere to the areas of the pond marked out for the spots. This is clearly recognisable by the designated points and will be communicated upon arrival.
Each spot at De Ronde Bleek is equipped with a fishing hut. There are no fishing huts (yet) on De Lange Bleek. The spots are large enough to pitch your own tent. The use of tents is only permitted in camouflage colours, this is at the sole discretion of the owners.
Entering the water is only permitted on the spots. Each spot has a staircase that must be used. Due to the irregular bottom and steep sides, it is prohibited to enter the water from the side. Be careful when entering the water using the staircase because in some places it can suddenly become deep.
The spot and surroundings must be kept clean during the fishing session and also left clean at the end of the fishing session.
Materials & Tackle
- A maximum of 3 rods per person may be fished, with a maximum of 6 rods per spot.
Line thickness at least 0.30 mm
Only barbless hooks and microbarb hooks are permitted. Hooks with barbs are prohibited.
Fishing with braided main line and the fixed lead system is not allowed. In the event of a line break, the fish must be able to immediately get rid of the lead and continue swimming around with as little line as possible. Fish-safe leaders are allowed, whereby the lead, but also the bottom line can come loose from the leader and/or the main line. If in doubt, ask the owners. The owner has permission to check your fishing rig at all times.
The use of tube (minimum 30 cm) is mandatory. “Naked” fishing is not allowed.
The use of storage bags is prohibited. The floating weigh bags present may not be used as storage bags and the carp may be kept for a maximum of 15 minutes to prepare photography equipment. So make sure that you can also take good photos at night.
Only rod markers are allowed. The use of H-markers or other permanent markers is not allowed.
Fishing with a maximum of 1 rod per person with a zig rig is allowed.
A bait boat is allowed on both waters. Please take other fishermen into account and stay in your own zone.
Own rowing boats are not allowed. Each spot on De Ronde Bleek is equipped with a rowing boat. Within your own fishing sector/spot, the boat may be used at your own discretion to feed or to sail out the lines. Take into account/respect each other, it is possible that a fish swims over the other sector during a bite. There is one rowing boat on De Lange Bleek, which may only be used in emergencies and not for other purposes. When using a boat, wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
Bait
- You are allowed to bring your own particles (self-prepared or ready-made). The particles can be checked several times to guarantee the health of the carp. A particle mix and/or pellets can also be purchased at Long Lake.
Readymades and/or frozen boilies may be used. The readymades must be of sufficient quality and come from reputable companies. If in doubt, consult one of the owners.
Please take all leftover food after your fishing trip home with you or hand it in to the owner. Do not just dump it on the side. Do not throw spoiled food in the pond, but in the waste bin.
Finally
- In the event of any deviations and all other cases not provided for in these regulations, only the owners are authorised to determine what and how to act. Instructions given by the owners must be followed. If you have any questions about your stay at Long Lake, please contact one of the owners.
