By requesting your fishery is added to the Carp Social website and by having your fishery listed, you authorise Carp Social to act as your commercial agent to negotiate and conclude bookings for your services on your behalf. Carp Social is authorised to accept deposits, balance payments and other amounts payable by customers to you. Payment received by Carp Social on your behalf constitutes payment to you, and funds are held on your behalf before being remitted to you in accordance with the agreed payment arrangements, less Carp Social's agreed commission and any other amounts expressly due to Carp Social. The terms displayed on this page constitute the agreement between Carp Social and the Provider upon acceptance and shall apply until the full Carp Social Provider Agreement is supplied to the Provider, at which point the full Provider Agreement shall govern the relationship between the parties.
